1.1. Each packaged product is overlaid with a demonstration sketch from where it needs to be cut to prevent any damage while unpacking. Please unwrap the products from the designated area only to avoid damage.

 

1.2. We would like to request that, upon opening the pallets, you create a video clip of the complete unwrapping process. This will be helpful in case any items are found missing or are received damaged. By having a visual record, you can easily identify and communicate any discrepancies through the video description.

 

1.3. Additionally, if, for any reason, you do not receive a particular item and do not have an unboxing video clip for reference, we will not consider it a valid claim of a missing or damaged item.

 

1.4. Should any issue with the products received be detected, a written claim must be submitted to the REPRESENTATIVE within 2 working days after the reception of the products. After this period, ALUMINR reserves the right to decline any responsibility for the conditions of the goods.

 

1.5. ALUMINR reserves the right to decline responsibility if: a. The claim is presented after the 2 working day period, or if the required information is not submitted within 5 working days; b. The claimed products were altered or in any way tampered with, either by the client or by a third party, without ALUMINR’s consent; c. The products show clear signs of regular use.

 

1.6. The original packaging of the products must be kept. In case a claim is submitted, the packaging must be kept during the period in which the claim is settled.

 

1.7. If the collection or return of any item is needed and the original packaging was not kept, the client shall be responsible for all costs and procedures necessary for the item to be in shipping conditions. ALUMINR shall not be liable in any way for the replacement, acquisition, or any other costs related to the replacement of the original boxes or crates.

 

1.8. ALUMINR is not responsible for claims from orders placed to other entities, agents, showrooms, or any others beyond ALUMINR’s reasonable control, besides an official REPRESENTATIVE of ALUMINR.
