The Cast Turtles Door

A water lily opens over the surface in cream, floating on broad leaves that carry its weight. A coiled line of bronze discs runs through the scene, a pierced medallion set within the green at the composition's heart. Turtles cross in cast bronze, their shells raised in close relief, feathered blades sweeping behind them across a teal field. Beading frames the whole, containing and completing the narrative.
